i feel so trapped.. i was raped by some one i trusted, another person i trusted [a friend], told everyone personal secrets.. so i am not very good at trusting people.. also my father hurts me when he comes home.. well i'll just say i get an awful lot of bruises. i hate school, i get bullied alot.. i have stopped self harming at the monent, but i am finding it really hard to cope i really want to run away from everything, should i run away, or commmit suicide? ohh and no - one evar found out about the rape ..so its trapped in my mind and i am scared he might do it again..

My last rant on this subject. The Lancet has published facts that boys aged 15 - 17 are commiting suicide at a rate 18 times higher when they are incarcerated in Young Offenders Institutes in the UK. Attempts at suicide are now at 45% higher than on the outside. Girls of the same age (15 - 17) are at 22% higher suicide rate, whilst self harming is now at a rate of 67% higher than those on the outside. Bullying by staff and fellow inmates, drugs, and low self esteem are quoted as the main reasons. I have one question only - Who is watching the watchers? Comments please.

i have been diagnosed with depression however do not understand the cause of it. my mother was mentally abusive and also suffers from deppression and i was bullied for two years in and out of school. ive become more withdrawn preffering my own company as my friends dont seem to understand what im going through and just put me down. ive become more suicidal and have recently started self harming again which makes me feel better sometimes i have been reffered to councelling however its takes me a long time to open up to people as i have trust issues. i also suffer from OCD which has gotten worse over recent weeks. i really dont know what to do or were to turn.

Okay.. I'n 15 and have been bullied about many things since the age of 4 (as soon as i started primary school) it continued into my secondary school where other students in my class started a new way of how they were going to do it and started saying that i'm a lesbian, (which i am not) and getting girls in my class to touch me and pretend i'm their girlfriend and things.
