I am dealing with a bully leveling from my brother in a email to me! I can't even fathom he can do that in a email? The local victim advocate said probably only an attorney can give me legal advice. And the Sheriff department told me to talk to the victim advocate. I would like to know where I can turn in a copy of this email? Isn't there a internet law to this type of humilation on words to the receiver by a manipulative bully? Thanks..
